SCOPE

The following Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to the current and future business relationships between Benefit Boost and its members. These terms serve as a binding agreement that delineates the rights, responsibilities, and expectations of both parties involved. By entering into this agreement, members acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of these terms, thereby facilitating a cooperative and productive relationship.

  • Coverage: These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all aspects of the association's interaction with its members, encompassing membership processes, benefits, obligations, and the resolution of disputes.
  • Revisions and Updates: Benefit Boost reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as necessary to adapt to changes in the business landscape and regulatory requirements. Members will be duly informed of any significant modifications, and their continued engagement will signify acceptance of such changes.
  • Exclusivity: These terms are exclusive to Benefit Boost and its members, superseding any previous agreements or understandings unless specifically noted.
  • Jurisdiction: The Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Benefit Boost is established, and any legal proceedings shall be conducted in this jurisdiction.

This framework is integral to maintaining a structured and transparent environment within Benefit Boost, ensuring that all members are aware of their roles and the benefits they stand to gain from their involvement in the organization.

PARTIAL NULLITY

In the event any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render the entire Terms and Conditions unenforceable or invalid. Instead, the unenforceable or invalid provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect and enforceable. This ensures that the overall intent and operation of the agreement remain intact, allowing both HealthyAmerica and HAPI for the Benefit Boost Subscriptions and its members to continue their association under the remaining valid terms.

PAYMENT

Benefit Boost Terms & Conditions outlines specific payment terms to ensure the smooth and efficient processing of membership dues. Members are required to adhere to these terms to maintain their active status within the association.

Initial and Recurring Dues

  • Payment Methods: Members can choose to pay their initial and recurring dues via Bank Draft (EFT) or Credit Card (American Express, MasterCard, or Visa).
  • Recurring Payments:
    • Payments are automatically drafted each month to maintain uninterrupted membership benefits.
    • If the membership's effective date is the 1st of the month, payments will be processed on the 5th of each month.
    • If the membership's effective date is the 15th of the month, payments will be processed on the 15th of each month.
    • Members wishing to cancel their membership must inform HealthyAmerica / HAPI to stop recurring payments.
  • Membership Materials: Any exceptions to the standard payment schedule will be detailed in individual membership materials, which members are encouraged to review thoroughly.

By agreeing to these payment terms, members ensure continued access to the benefits and services provided by your Benefit Boost Subscription, fostering a stable and supportive membership environment.

SUBSCRIPTION MEMBERSHIP DUES

Benefit Boost Terms and Conditions provide comprehensive information on its subscription membership dues, ensuring transparency and clarity for all members. It is important to understand the terms related to the payment and potential changes in your subscription membership dues. By understanding these terms, members can ensure they remain informed and in control of the Benefit Boost Subscription Membership Dues.

Quotation and Price Information

Any quotation or price information regarding Benefit Boost Subscription membership dues is provided without obligation and is subject to change. Members will be notified of any changes with a thirty (30) day notice. Notification may be sent to the last known mailing address or email address on file. It is the member's responsibility to regularly check transactions on their account and to cancel with the Third Party Billing Administrator (TPA) when desired.

Monthly Payments & Services

Monthly Payments and Services

Every month, HealthyAmerica / HAPI processes payments for their Benefit Boost Subscription membership services and programs on behalf of its members. This occurs regardless of whether the member uses the membership services. Members are encouraged to refer to the Refund Policy for details on refunds.

Billing & Third-Party Administrator (TPA)

Billing and Third-Party Administrator

The TPA for Benefit Boost is PCI-DSS and SOC 1 and SOC 2 certified, ensuring secure and compliant processing of payments. For all transactions for Benefit Boost made by H A Partners, Inc or HealthyAmerica Insurance Agency, Inc. will show the billing descriptor, UBAGAP8664384274 on your bank statement or credit card statement.

Please note that billing cancellation, and information on statements may vary depending on the billing TPA. The specific billing TPA will be listed on a member's ID card and in the Terms and Conditions section of the Membership Guide.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

HealthyAmerica & HAPI are committed to ensuring member satisfaction of their Benefit Boost Subscriptions by offering a comprehensive refund and cancellation policy. Understanding this policy will help members make informed decisions and manage their membership effectively.

30-Day Satisfaction Assurance & Refund Policy

Benefit Boost's refund policy is designed to provide members with flexibility and satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your Benefit Boost Subscription benefits and services, you may cancel your membership and receive a refund, provided the cancellation occurs within the first thirty (30) days of enrollment.

Cancellation Process

To ensure a seamless cancellation experience, members are encouraged to follow the outlined procedures. Direct cancellation with the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) will guarantee accurate processing. The detailed steps and contact information for cancellation are as follows:

  • Variable Details: Billing and cancellation details may vary depending on the specific Third-Party Billing Administrator. Members should refer to their membership ID card and guide for the TPA that manages their membership.

AGREEMENT & DISPUTES

The agreement entered into between you and HealthyAmerica and HAPI for your Benefit Boost Subscription program is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. This ensures that any legal interpretations, obligations, or disputes will be managed according to Texas state law, providing a consistent legal framework for all involved parties.

Exclusive Forum for Disputes

  • Venue and Jurisdiction: The State of Texas is designated as the exclusive venue for resolving any disputes arising out of this agreement. This means that any legal proceedings or actions related to the agreement must be initiated and conducted within the courts of Texas.
  • Acceptance of Jurisdiction: Both the member and HealthyAmerica / HAPI agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and legal venue of these Texas courts. By consenting to this jurisdiction, both parties acknowledge and accept that any legal matters will be addressed in this location, ensuring a clear and agreed-upon process for dispute resolution.

These provisions are designed to provide clarity and predictability in the event of disagreements between members and the Benefit Boost Subscription program through HealthyAmerica / HAPI, facilitating a fair and efficient resolution process. Please read the Member guides carefully. This is not insurance. This is a brief description of subscription services provided by Benefit Boost and HealthyAmerica and is not an insurance contract. This is not a qualified health plan under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Some services may be covered by a qualified health plan under the ACA. This plan does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under M.G.L.c. 111M and 956 CMR 5.00. Furthermore, this is not a Medicare prescription drug plan. Not all services are available in all states.
