There is no link to a participating network for selecting care. All HC2U programs require members to first contact the Patient Advocacy Line (PAL) for initial triage. The PAL will provide guidance on available options and arrange the necessary appointment for you. After the appointment is set, you will attend the visit and pay the appropriate access fee at the time of service. It’s important to note that appointments must be made through PAL, and they are available Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 6 PM CST.
