Members that have purchased the stand-alone Benefit Boost Vitamin Subscription or the comprehensive Benefit Boost 1.0 or 2.0 Subscription plans that include the Adult Multi-Vitamins can use the order form below or in their member portal to order their initial vitamins and all subsequent vitamin re-orders. Vitamin bottle includes 180 gummy multi-vitamins which equates to a 3 month supply. There are no shipping costs.

For the DPC advantage, plus and value membership plan

Members that have enrolled in Healthcare2U's Coast-to-Coast Healthcare Membership^TM with either the DPC advantage, plus or value membership plans, you will access the information in your membership guide. You can also get access to both your membership guide and how-to-use in your Member Portal. There are also instructions in both the member guide and the Member Portal on how to get the mobile app.

Lyric Health Virtual Visits
& Lyric Health Virtual Primary Care

Account Registration is required for use for all Lyric Health services. To activate your account, have the Primary Member's last name, date of birth and zip code. Accessing your Virtual Care is Simple. Visit the Lyric website using the link in your Member Portal or in the Member Guide or download the Lyric App from the App Store or Google Play Store. Follow the prompts to activate and register yourself and your dependents. You can add up to 6 additional dependents aged 18 and over. Dependents age 18 and over are prompted to set up their own account prior to use. Through instant text and push alerts, users can seamlessly participate in video or audio sessions via web browsers or the mobile app, which is accessible across all devices, eliminating the need for any specific downloads.
